Privacy notice

What we do with your contact details when you enquire, and what happens to your estate data if we run a pilot. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Version 1.0 Issued 20 August 2026 Next review 20 August 2027

TODO before launch — replace with the registered details: [Registered company name], company number [00000000], registered office [address]. If a Data Protection Officer or UK representative is appointed, name them here. Until these are filled in this notice is not fit to publish.

Who we are

Centropic is a Three Sixty DS company product. For the purposes of UK data protection law, [Registered company name] is the controller of the contact details you submit through this website, and the processor of any estate data you share with us during a pilot. You can reach us at info@centropic.co.uk.

Enquiry details you send us

The pilot form on this site does not submit to a third party. It composes an email in your own mail client, which you then send. That means the details reach us the same way any other business email does, and nothing is collected by this website itself.

We do not send marketing to people who have only enquired, we do not buy or sell contact lists, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.

Estate data shared during a pilot

Estate data that identifies people — a named responsible person on a certificate, a contractor's engineer, a resident on a fire-safety record — is treated as personal data and handled under the same agreement. Where we can do the work without it, we ask you not to send it.

Who else is involved

We keep the list of sub-processors short, and we will give it to you in writing before a pilot starts rather than asking you to find it here. It covers hosting, email and, where used, model inference. We will tell you before we add one that touches your data.

This website

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, shows no ads, and stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage, no identifiers. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request; if you would rather that did not happen, the site is fully legible with fonts blocked.

TODO if analytics are switched on — the intended tool is cookieless and stores no identifier, but this section must then say so explicitly and name it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it on the basis of legitimate interest. Email info@centropic.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.

Changes

This notice carries a version number and an issue date. When it changes materially, the version goes up and, if you are in a live engagement with us, we tell you rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
